Thanks, Mr Montague
The Editor, Sir:

It is unfortunate that the general public is upset about the way in which Robert Montague spoke to the matron at the infirmary in Portland. I have been a patient in several of the public hospitals and use the services at health centres and I have seen where some nurses speak to patients and visitors in a rude manner. The treatment that is administered by these health officials leave us to wonder if they are humans and if they have ever been ill.

Thanks, Mr Montague, for speaking out for the working class, taxpaying poor citizens of this country who are unable to access treatment and care from the private health facilities.

I am, etc.,

Jeannette
