We the telecoms users of Jamaica are asking Digicel to please make it a little cheaper for us to talk.

Digicel, believe it or not, there are people in Jamaica who use other networks, and sometimes your customers would like to call them without paying an arm and a leg.

Many people have two phones because if you use a Digicel phone to call LIME, you pay almost twice as much as you would pay if you used a LIME phone. Then, if you make a mistake and call a Digicel number from that same LIME phone, the credit disappears fast.

Even though Digicel recently took a little off the rate, it doesn't make a big difference, because people still have to walk with two phones.

Don't get me wrong - 'every mickle mek a muckle', but Digicel, we need much more. Ease up for 2012.
